Gensollen realized a cabin for a chemical factory in Mourenx, allowing to shelter various analysers.<\/p>

Since the plant is located in a corrosive environment, the materials used had to be resistant to severe and aggressive environments.<\/p>

This cabin was to receive several analyzers. The latter has been manufactured in such a way that all the material can be placed in it:<\/p>

2500mm height X 2500mm width X 6000mm length<\/strong><\/p>

This shelter had to respect the constraints of an Atex zone, due to an explosive atmosphere. It has therefore been designed with an antistatic coating and an IP65 protection rating.<\/p>

A reinforced thermal insulation of 55mm was realized. Indeed, it was absolutely necessary to control the temperature variations and to reduce them as much as possible so that the measures taken were coherent and valid.<\/p>
